Return & Refund Policy

At Lunéa Beauté, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

▶ General Conditions

  • Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your parcel to return a product.
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused, with their seals intact.
  • Excluded Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

▶ Simple Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service at contact@lunea-beaute.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the product you wish to return.

Step 2: We will email you a return authorization and the postal address to send the package.

Step 3: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a tracked postal service (e.g., Canada Post).

Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will process your refund.

▶ Refunds

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@lunea-beaute.com, and we will cover all associated costs and send you a replacement product at no extra charge.
