Article 1 – Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.lunea-beaute.com, published by Lunéa Beauté, located in Montreal, QC, Canada.

By placing an order, the buyer declares that they have read and unreservedly accepted all these general terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Products

Lunéa Beauté sells natural cosmetic products (face care, body care, oils). The essential characteristics of the products are presented on our site. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractual.

Article 3 – Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include all taxes (GST/HST). Lunéa Beauté reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded.

Article 4 – Order

The order process includes the following steps:

  1. Product selection and addition to the cart.
  2. Cart review and validation.
  3. Entry of details (shipping and billing).
  4. Choice of delivery method.
  5. Secure payment.
  6. Order confirmation by email.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products for sale. A confirmation email summarizing the entire order (products, prices, shipping costs) is sent to the buyer. The sale is concluded only after the confirmation email is sent.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. The customer can pay for their order using one of the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the secure Stripe platform.
  • PayPal account.

Transactions are secured by SSL encryption protocol. Bank details never transit in clear text on the network and are not stored by us.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped by us from Montreal, QC.

  • Shipping Method: Tracked parcels via Canada Post.
  • Delivery Times: These are indicative and communicated during order finalization.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • FREE SHIPPING for orders of $75 and more in Quebec and Ontario.
    • FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100 and more in the rest of Canada.
    • Fixed fees apply for orders below these amounts.
  • Delivery Delay: In case of a shipping delay, the buyer will be informed by email. Lunéa Beauté cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Canadian consumer protection legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return any product that is unopened and in its original packaging in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Article 8 – Warranties and Liability

All our products are certified by Health Canada and manufactured according to the strictest standards. In the case of a defective or non-conforming product, the buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Lunéa Beauté’s liability cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which the products are delivered, which it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the site www.lunea-beaute.com (logos, texts, images, etc.) are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Lunéa Beauté.

Article 10 – Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the province of Quebec and Canada. In case of dispute, the courts of the province of Quebec shall have jurisdiction.
